Brain Health Summary

To summarize, our brains are not static organs in our bodies. Long after their physical growth is complete, they continue to reshape and change themselves. Whether that is in response to our experiences, disease, unfortunate accidents, learning new skills and concepts, or genetic factors, our brains continue to adapt throughout our lifetimes.

Disease and accidents result in negative changes, but cognitive and physical exercise promote positive changes.
