Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs

Psychologist Abraham Maslow formulated a “Hierarchy of Needs”, which illustrates what an individual requires to survive. I see this hierarchy as a roadmap and a guide that I sometimes discuss with my clients to determine which of their needs are not being met. Where are you on this hierarchy? Which of your needs are unmet? If you live with chronic disease, like MS, this exercise can be particularly illuminating. Check out the pyramid at the following site:
